Day 2-Cardio X & Day 3- Shoulder and Arms

Okay so day 2 was a little harder. A little rushed to get to work so didn't finish the entire workout but still did most of it.

Day 3- Loved this workout! A lot of bicep curls. Do most of these movements at work so not as hard as previous workouts. Love the stretching in this video. it's very relaxing. Felt great after and surprisingly energized. Really motivated to keep going.
