Okay so here it goes. My husband just finished his first 90 days of P90X. He has lost 40 pounds and has gained a substantial amount of muscle. This has motivated me to give it a try. Day-5 Legs and Back with Ab Ripper Bonus
WOW! This work out is intense! This video is a combination of pull ups, chin ups and lounges. My husband uses the pull up bar that hooks on the door frame, but I can't really do pull ups yet. That's okay though I use the bands that hook on the door. I'm going for a more lean look anyway, not bulky. Can't do all of the reps yet but I do as many as I can take a quick breather then jump back in and go as long as I can. Some exercises are really hard and some come really easy. Gunna go eat some yummy Stir Fry!

Hi there! I have also been diagnosed with Pcos and have just started with P90x in the hopes of losing some weight. How did the rest of it go?
